Birthday pancakes with red sugar hearts and agave syrup.

Raspberry-Thyme-Pancakes.

Mixed frozen raspberries and fresh thyme in my pancake batter - so delicious! I used a bit more sugar than usual in the batter, as the raspberries are a bit sourish. Will definetely do this again, the combination is great and I love raspberries so much.

One big pancake tower, two people, syrup, different jams, chocolate sauce, coffee. Quite perfect.

Whole spelt flour plus baking powder plus soy milk makes:
delicious pancakes.
Come with a little orange marmalade and soy cappuccino.





I like spelt flour due to its nutty flavour. Even white spelt flour is more delicious than wheat flour. Try out!
