Shake instead of cake!

2 very ripe bananas
2 tblsp peanut butter
2 tbslp chocolate chips
1 tsp sugar (depends on how sweet your peanut butter is, mine wasn't sweet at all) or syrup. Maple syrup would be great.
200 - 300ml soy milk

Yields about 2 glasses

Blend everything very well and pour into glasses. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. It's a not very thick but yet very creamy shake and just perfect.

Banana tofu with avocado cream.

200g tofu
1 ripe banana
soy sauce
oil
basil
pepper
paprika
avocado
lemon juice
salt

Cut tofu into cubes and the banana into slices. Fry tofu in some oil until it starts to get slightly golden, then add the banana slices as well as some soy sauce, pepper and paprika. Stir carefully.
Mash the avocado together with lots of lime juice, salt and pepper.
When the tofu gets darker brown and the banana slices are mushy add some fresh basil and serve with the avocado cream. This is an unbelievable creamy deliciousness.

Banana Cranberry Peanut Milkshake.

-2-3 bananas
-200ml soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
-2 tbsp dried cranberries
-2 tbsp chopped peanuts (they can be roasted or raw, but don't use salted ones)
-1 tiny dash of salt

Put everything together in a blender or use a hendhald mixer and blend. Add a bit more soy milk, if it's too thick. You could also add a tablespoon agave syrup, but if you're bananas are ripe, they should have enough sweetness. There will remain tiny bits of peanuts which is awesome!
