Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles.

Death by chocolate. And peanut butter.

This is similar to the previous popsicle recipe, which means it is super easy and the hardest part is the waiting time.

Mix the whipped cream with 3 tbsp cocoa and some vanilla.
Mix 2-3 tbsp peanut butter with agave syrup.

Layer it in the popsicle mold and fold in a few chocolate chips. Freeze over night.

Sticky buns w/ hazelnuts.

Sticky buns with hazelnuts and cocoa

The recipe is more or less the one from Minimalist Baker, I made a few changes though.
Instead of instant yeast I used fresh one, soy milk instead of almond milk, hazelnuts and cocoa instead of pecans and cinnamon.

And I never prepare yeast in a separate bowl. Just fill the required amount of flower in a bowl, make a little dent and fill in warm fluid, yeast and a little sugar. Let sit for a few minutes and the yeast will just turn out fine. Then mix everything together. In this recipe you melt vegan butter in soy milk and use this as the starter for your yeast.

After 10 minutes you can see the yeast's been activated.
Let sit for one hour. You can prepare this even over night. It will rise and be super fluffy dough.

I can't wait to turn them upside down.

Chocolatepeanutbuttermaplesyrupheaven.

Made the Vegan Zombie's Wacky Cake, just replaced the one tablespoon agave syrup with 2 tablespoons maple syrup, used hemp milk instead of water and had 2/3 cups of vegan margarine instead of the margarine/shortening mixture.
Best stuff! Try it yourself and listen to PLEASURE LEFTISTS while baking it.

Sick of being sick.

Today I decided to pretend it's Sunday.
I've been suffering from a flu for a week, no end in sight and I'm bored to death. Most of the time I'm way too tired to do anything and this week passed by like nothing. Although I can hardly taste anything I made some hot cocoa, raspberry turnovers and watched a movie, perfectly fitting for such an afternoon - Harvey. Guard cat Woschech was taking care that I wouldn't fall asleep and enjoy my Sunday.

Cinnamon-Choco-Rolls

Buy chilled puff pustry. Sprinkle it with a lot of cinnamon and cocoa and a little sugar, roll it up, cut into small cute packages and bake it for about 20 minutes. That's it. Eat while they're still warm with a coffee and smile.

Banana-Chocolate-Shake

- 2 ripe bananas
- 500 ml soy milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash ginger powder
- 1 dash cinnamon

Put everything in your blender and blend or in a high bowl and mix it with hand blender. Easy, hm?
